TAPPS provides financial and volunteer support for teachers and students throughout the year, including the following:
- Meetings provide a forum for parents, faculty and staff to share information
- Officers serve as liaison for Parent suggestions to administration and board.
- Classroom Representatives coordinate parents for fundraisers and class projects.
- Fund the Parent Directory and develop the emergency phone tree.
- Volunteers support projects such as Library Book Fairs, 12th Grade Mural Project.
- Provide coffee and bottled water in the Faculty Lounge, along with special treats.
- Provide childcare for Back to School night and other special occasions.
- Fund and host the Spring Faculty & Staff Appreciation Luncheon.
TAPPS reviews funding requests from teachers, staff and students for special projects. TAPPS has provided funding for activities such as Mock Trial, the annual Dance Program and the Fall Drama Production.
TAPPS also makes important financial contributions to the Teacher Endowment Fund and the Pilgrim School Annual Fund
TAPPS raises funds to support these activities through the following:

Valentine Ball and Silent Auction, February 7, 2004

Escrip merchants donate a percentage of your purchase to Pilgrim School. This program can generate significant contributions which are restricted to improving our school facility.
