Elementary School Application

Grades 1st - 5th

At Pilgrim, we understand that applying to private school can be a daunting experience, so we aim to give you the most effortless and transparent process possible. Our step by step guide below breaks down each phase and provides links and downloads for everything you’ll need to submit your application.

Step 1: Submit Application

Submit your application online by creating an account by clicking the button below and follow the application process.

The application fee is $125.00 for local/US students.

The application fee is $350 for International and/or Dorm students.

Step 2: Gather Recommendation Forms

Each student is required to submit recommendation forms from two teachers and an Administrator. Download these forms below and have each teacher or administrator fill them out. You will need to submit these along with your application.

Step 3: Gather Transcripts and Standardized Test Scores

The student will need to submit transcripts and any standardized test scores from their current school. Download the request form below, fill in the top half, and give it to the current school’s administrator to request transcripts.

Step 4: Student Interview and Class Visit Day

After your application has been submitted, you’ll schedule a mandatory virtual student interview and participate in one of our class visit days -due to Covid-19 the class visits have been postponed. More information will be provided upon completion of your application. In the meantime, you are welcome to schedule a tour of our campus.

Step 5: Complete Entrance Exam

The student will need to complete an entrance exam in reading comprehension and math skills.

In-person tours have been postponed for the time being, however, we are currently working on providing a virtual alternative. While campus remains closed we will be offering admission information sessions for you to explore Pilgrim School.
Prospective families exploring early ed, kindergarten, elementary, middle school or high school can register for an upcoming virtual Info Session by emailing Ms. Viramontes: mviramontes@pilgrim-school.org.
