Music is at the heart of the Pilgrim School experience at all levels. Our music program aims to develop confident and knowledgeable students who have a life-long love and appreciation for music. Students perform both inside and outside the classroom as individuals and in groups. Whether learning a new instrument in high school, singing with their class in elementary school, or learning simple rhythms in an Early Education classroom, students learn to express themselves and find joy in music confidently.

  • Early Education and Elementary School

    In Early Education and Elementary School, students develop basic music theory and music history through a curriculum that the music teachers carefully develop. A love and appreciation for music are developed through exposure to an extensive repertoire of music and songs from around the world. In addition, students have access to a comprehensive collection of instruments.
  • Middle School and High School

    In Secondary School, students continue to build on their foundation of skills through a variety of opportunities. Students can flex their creativity in new and exciting ways, from traditional band instruments to electronic music production. Anyone can join the bands or take classes from experts to beginners.
