Cuisinier Catering is proud to provide dining services for Pilgrim School. Cuisiniér Catering takes great pride in using only local, seasonal and organic ingredients, and receives fresh bread and pastries daily from a local baker who uses no preservatives. Cuisiniér Catering uses only grass fed beef and free range poultry, and smokes all of their own meats. Their produce company has two trucks at the Santa Monica Farmer’s Market twice weekly, to ensure the freshest produce available. They make all of their own sauces and dressing and work closely with vendors who use all natural and local ingredients.
