Pilgrim School is pleased to have Joseph Gotti and Cuisiniér Catering provide our student dining services.
Cuisiniér Catering takes great pride in using only local, seasonal and organic ingredients, and receives fresh bread and pastries daily from a local baker who uses no preservatives. Cuisiniér Catering uses only grass fed beef and free range poultry, and smokes all of their own meats. Their produce company has two trucks at the Santa Monica Farmer’s Market twice weekly, to ensure the freshest produce available. They make all of their own sauces and dressing and work closely with vendors who use all natural and local ingredients.
Hot lunch items and sandwiches all include a salad bar or the soup of the day.
Seasonal Fruit Cup, Hummus and Veggie Cups, Assorted Non-GMO Chips and Granola Bars will be sold separately.
Breakfast items will be available for secondary students during the morning break, and will include Breakfast Burritos and Breakfast Egg Sandwiches and assorted fruit and mini Danishes. Breakfast is sold separately.
