Pilgrim School has instituted a Parent Volunteer Hour requirement of 30 hours per family per school year to encourage participation.  Each Pilgrim family will be responsible for 30 volunteer hours for the 2018-19 school year.  If a family is unable to complete the 30 hours requirement by March 31, they will be billed $14.00 per incomplete hour.

To receive credit for each hour served, it is important to document volunteer hours by filling out this form (also located on the Compass Resource Board). The “volunteer hour” calendar runs from April 1, 2018 – March 31, 2019. The deadline for completion of hours is March 31, 2019.  Volunteer hours, completed over and above the 30 hour requirement, do not carry over from the previous school year (unless completed after April 1, 2019).

We encourage you to sign up for one or more of our committees, which you can do right now by clicking on this link: Sign Up. There are so many opportunities to get involved and also to help make Pilgrim a vibrant, dynamic community for our children and their families. There will also be other volunteer opportunities that will arise on an “as needed” basis that will be posted on the Resource Board in Compass. Please check there periodically, when you find that you have some extra time or need to fulfill those volunteer hours!
