Welcome to Camp Panthers, where the fun never stops and learning is always an adventure! Camp is all about early education and elementary school students, led by Pilgrim teachers and Pilgrim high school students who are here to make your summer unforgettable.
What makes Camp Panthers so special? It's a perfect mix of fun, learning, and challenges! You'll take on exciting activities, make new friends, and step out of your comfort zone to build confidence and develop new skills.
Each week brings a new theme and a new super fun field trip. Let's make this summer legendary—join us for the best camp experience ever!
Camp Panthers is open from 7:30am - 5:30pm.
Programs begin at 8:00am - Lunch is provided daily.

Summer Camp Week Details
Week 1 ~ June 22nd - June 26th
We kick off summer with a Soccer Focus and a warm welcome to Camp Panthers! Campers will meet their coaches and teachers, learn camp routines, and build teamwork through fun soccer games and skill-building activities, all while settling into an exciting summer rhythm. The 1st week wraps up with an exciting field trip to the California Science Center “Game On!” exhibit.
Week 2 ~ June 29th - July 2nd
During our 2nd week of Camp Panthers, the soccer focus continues as campers strengthen their skills through drills, games, and teamwork challenges. We’ll add a festive Red, White, and Blue theme to celebrate the Fourth of July with patriotic activities, team spirit, and all the Panther pride that makes camp so special. The 2nd week includes a super fun trip to the Seaside Lagoon at Redondo Beach. Camp is closed on July 3rd.
Week 3 ~ July 6th - July 10th
Week 3 introduces a Volleyball Focus as campers learn basic skills like passing, serving, and communication through fun, age-appropriate games. With a Team Spirit theme, children will practice working together, encouraging one another, and growing as confident teammates. The 3rd week includes a trip to Sky Zone Alhambra.
Week 4 ~ July 13th - July 17th
During week 4, the volleyball focus continues with a fun Beach Week twist! Campers will build on their skills through beach-themed games, cooperative challenges, and creative activities that bring summer vibes and teamwork together for a high-energy, memorable week. The beach twist for the week wraps up with a trip to go kayaking on the water.
Week 5 ~ July 20th - July 24th
Week 5 will focus on STEAM as campers explore science, technology, engineering, art, and math through hands-on experiments, building challenges, and creative problem-solving. Curiosity, collaboration, and imagination take center stage as campers learn by doing. Week 5 dives even deeper into exploration with a trip to the OC Discovery Cube.
Week 6 ~ July 27th - July 31st
During Week 6, our final week, campers dive deeper into STEAM with design challenges, inventions, and team projects that encourage creativity and critical thinking. We’ll celebrate learning, growth, and Panther pride as campers showcase their ideas and wrap up a fantastic summer together. Our final week includes an incredibly fun trip to Knott's Berry Farm.
