Complete an Interest Form

Completing an interest form is the first step to applying for any grade. Once you complete this form, you will receive invitations to events and reminders about application deadlines. This will also get you started with Compass, our admissions portal through which you can schedule tours, check on your application, etc.

There are many ways to experience Pilgrim School and gain a
meaningful understanding of our programs, values, and the close-knit
community that brings them to life. Attend an open house, schedule a tour, explore our website, or take part in our virtual events. We look forward to welcoming you and sharing the Pilgrim experience. Register for a tour or admissions event using your Compass log-in credentials and see us in action. Tour registration opens on August 11, 2025.

Application for Admission

Access the application using Compass. Each division will have specific requirements on your admissions checklist once you complete your application. 

The Priority Deadline is December 19, 2025, after which we will support rolling admission as space allows. 

If applying for financial aid, complete the application here. The Financial Aid application deadline is January 7, 2026.

Admissions Decisions & Enrollment

Admissions decisions will be sent electronically to families on March 13, 2026 at 5 p.m.

Upon acceptance, families will have one week to make an enrollment decision, which is due on March 20, 2026.

Enrollment contracts will be available in the Compass portal. A new student fee of $2,500 and a non-refundable tuition deposit of $2,500 will be due at the time of enrollment.
