At Pilgrim, we understand that applying to private school can be a daunting experience, so we aim to give you the most effortless and transparent process possible. Our step by step guide below breaks down each phase and provides links and downloads for everything you’ll need to submit your application.
Step 1: Submit Application and Supplemental Materials
Submit your application online by creating an account by clicking the button below and follow the application process. Application deadline is Friday, December 22, 2023.
The application fee is $125.00 for local/US students.
The application fee is $350 for International and/or Dorm students.

Step 2: Gather Recommendation Forms
Each student is required to submit recommendation forms from three educators: an English teacher, a Math teacher, and an Administrator. Download these forms below and have each teacher or administrator fill them out. You will need to submit these along with your application. Recommendations are due to Pilgrim School no later than January 12, 2024.

Step 3: Gather Transcripts and Standardized Test Scores
The student will need to submit transcripts and any standardized test scores from their current school. Download the request form below, fill in the top half, and give it to the current school’s administrator to request transcripts.

Step 4: Student Interview
A mandatory student interview will be scheduled after the completion of the student's application.
Step 5: Student Visit Day
Our mandatory visit day is Saturday, February 3, 2024 from 9:30 to 11:00 am. The applicants will spend the morning with our teachers and administrators.
A Note about ISEE Assessments
The Pilgrim School will not be requiring incoming students to take the ISEE (Independent School Entrance Exam) assessment during this year. They will not be necessary for your student to complete their application process.
